HOW I WORK
I stay close to the pro forma.
The pro forma is where the site, market, design, financing, schedule, and exit come together. I use it to see when the project has changed and whether the original plan still works.
I also host Land to Legacy, speak at industry events, join other podcasts, and am writing Before You Build a Damn Thing.
I am interested in serious conversations about operating leadership, joint ventures, speaking, and media.
